The customer (hirer) is responsible for ensuring all possible steps are taken to avoid injury, damage, or improper use of the provided inflatable slide. Please ensure that the following safety instructions are followed:
Safety Instructions:
1. The inflatable slide should be anchored securely to the ground as per the manufacturer's instructions when in use.
2. Before setting up the inflatable, ensure that the surrounding area is clear of obstacles or hazards.
3. Participants should only go on the inflatable once it is fully inflated. No one should be on the equipment during inflation or deflation.
4. An adult (18+) must always supervise the use of the inflatable slide.
5. The inflatable is intended for use by children only. Adults may only assist for supervision or safety purposes.
6. Ensure that participants do not have sharp objects or wear clothing with sharp accessories (e.g., jewelry) while on the inflatable.
7. Climbing, jumping, or rough play on the inflatable structure is strictly forbidden.
8. Avoid allowing too many children on the inflatable slide simultaneously; adhere to the manufacturer's recommended capacity.
9. Food, drinks, or chewing gum are not allowed on the inflatable.
10. Pets, toys, or sharp instruments are prohibited on the inflatable.
11. All users must remove footwear, glasses, jewelry, and badges before entering the inflatable.
12. Do not permit participants to bounce on the slide from unsafe areas, especially the sides or near the entrance.
13. Do not allow children to push, fight, or behave aggressively while on the inflatable.
Liability and Care:
14. The inflatable slide's damage during the period of use is the responsibility of the borrower.
Contact Information
15. If the inflatable sustains damage during use, it must be promptly taken out of service, and Play Center management should be notified.
16. Negligence, misuse, or failure to adhere to safety instructions leading to damage will result in the borrower being billed for repairs or replacement of the inflatable.
17. The borrower agrees not to alter or tamper with the inflatable or its components in any manner.
18. Inappropriate weather conditions (e.g., high winds or rain) prohibit the use of the inflatable.
Return and Charges:
19. All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was rented.
20. The borrower is accountable for cleaning the inflatable after use, and a ₱____________ cleaning fee will be imposed if it is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
21. In case of damage, a ₱____________ deposit will be withheld or subtracted from the repair costs.
22. Any incidents, accidents, or injuries must be immediately reported to LJ’s Play Center management.
23. The borrower is responsible for ensuring that the inflatable is transported and set up according to LJ’s Play Center's instructions, and any damage during transportation will be the borrower's responsibility.
24. No refunds will be issued for canceled bookings unless communicated 24 hours before the booking date.
Disclaimer:
25. LJ’s Play Center is not liable for any injuries resulting from the improper or reckless use of the inflatable slide.
26. All individuals using the inflatable slide do so at their own risk.
27. The borrower accepts complete responsibility for ensuring the safety of all participants using the inflatable.
28. LJ’s Play Center reserves the right to reject rental requests or terminate a booking if the terms and conditions are not followed.
